My topic proposal was an infographic about the Philadelphia police department’s brutality and corruption. My idea for the composition was to present the graphs and charts in the shape of trash, like the litter all over Philly. It would be a visual metaphor comparing the issues of dumping with police misconduct in the city. In addition to layout and illustration, I also did comprehensive research for the topic.
